HoyDOC will connect each patient with a primary care physician who will engage with them on an ongoing basis. HoyDOC physicians currently provide consultation for common, non-emergency conditions such as colds, allergies, constipation, cough, diarrhea, ear infections, fever, flu, headaches, insect bites, nausea, vomiting, pink eye, rash, respiratory issues, sore throats, UTIs in women over age 18, and many others.

HoyDOC also provides remote patient monitoring and support for chronic conditions, that can be included at a separate cost.

Employee premiums are $5 for individuals or $10 for family coverage per month*. “Family” includes spouse, domestic partners, and children under the age of 26 living in the same household.
