What does the policy cover?

The Residential Condominium Unit Owners policy, HO-6, protects the interior structure of the apartment, the personal property within it, improvements and alterations made to the property, among other things.

There are several factors that determine the cost of your policy, these are:

 

  • Location (Is the property on the coast?). 

  • Loss history. 

  • Year of construction. 

  • Type of construction. 

  • Potential hazards within the home. 

  • Security systems inside the home.

Required documents:

  • Personal Identification. 

  • History of losses. 

  • Generic content. 

  • Mortgage loan number (if applicable). 

  • Name of the banking institution. 

  • Phone and email. 

  • Physical address of the unit. 

  • Limit number of the structure of the private property. 

  • Letter of appointment to the producer. 

  • Number of family(s) (maximum 1 or 2)
